Our in-house manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce pump bearings from a wide range of materials. We can provide material certificates and other NDT analysis if required. Shell materials include:

Lining Materials
Nitrile Rubber is used as lining material as standard, it is extremely tough and resistant to oil and chemicals. We can however use alternatives as required, such as Viton Fluoroelastomer; we are one of the only companies able to manufacture bearings with large shaft diameters from this material.
