The team is headed by Dennis Rawle, our Global Sales Director with  over 35 years’ experience in engineering and the pump bearing industry.

Mike Cosgrove, our Operations Director and Business Manager, oversees the Exalto site and brings with him over 40 years of Marine and Mechanical Engineering knowledge.

Tom Bentley is part of our friendly, helpful sales team who have an excellent working knowledge of our production processes putting them in a great position to run our customer sales.

Site Engineer Tyrone Smith, oversees our production facility and together with Dan Barthorpe, our Quality and Training Manager, they ensure our customers’ requirements are catered for in an efficient manner using integrated Production and Quality techniques looking to ensure the delivery of product on time no matter what the situation.

Baz Jones is our Technical Development Engineer with 28 years experience in the manufacture of water lubricated bearings.
