Maritex AquaPure WRAS Approval No. 1212507

Since 2012, Exalto Bearings UK has been able to offer water lubricated bearings made from WRAS approved Maritex AquaPure for Submersible Borehole pumps, booster pumps and vertical line shaft drinking water pumps with operating temperatures up to 23°C.

With lubricity approaching PTFE, Maritex Aquapure has none of the frustrating creep associated with PTFE. Maritex Aquapure offers practically zero moisture absorption, good compressive strength toughness and chemical resistance coupled with excellent low start and dynamic friction. Maritex Aquapure can comfortably cater for distinctly different requirements such as high speed water lubricated pump bearing applications as well as dead slow turning, heavy loaded and mandatory zero grease bearing applications.

Graphalloy Grade GM695.3 WRAS Approval No. 1110538

Alternatively, Graphalloy also has a grade of material approved by WRAS for use pumping drinking water. GM695.3 has been approved for operating conditions where temperatures run higher, and will operate up to 85°C.
